CHRIST LIFE REVIVAL
MY LIFE TESTIMONY — PART 23-A
Looking Back on Forty-Seven Years of My Life
When I look back on the forty-seven years of my life, many events come to mind.
There have been many times when I felt that I had not even been able to experience an ordinary, happy life.
1. My Life's Journey
My life has included rejection, loneliness, humiliation, family responsibilities, gaps in employment, financial difficulties, hardships, and waiting.
2. I Have Not Blamed God
To this day, I have not blamed God because of my circumstances.
I have not spoken against Him.
I have not rebelled against Him by questioning Him.
In my prayers, I would say:
“Whether You bless me or do not bless me, You are still God.”
“You do not change according to my circumstances!”
“If I accept You in joyful circumstances, should I not also accept You in difficult circumstances?”
“You do not change; I am the one who must change.”
“Father, I am weak, but You are strong!”
“Father, I cannot overcome my circumstances and my weaknesses by my own strength.”
“If I am the one holding on to You, I may let go of You because of my circumstances. Therefore, Father, hold me firmly with Your own hand.”
3. How I Pleaded with God in Every Circumstance
“I pleaded with God at all times and in every circumstance — lying prostrate, kneeling, standing, and sitting — even in the midst of adversity.”
Even now, I continue to see the same guidance from God that I prayed for.
